A number of production resources are available to A,T,P, students. Located in Kresge Hall (1880 Campus Dr), all our facilities are available strictly within the hours posted below and closed during holidays and quarter breaks. While working in studios, labs and shops, please do not leave your valuables unattended and report any issues with our facilities to Josh Ippel.


Every day: 7am-11pm

Labs are only available for students currently enrolled in A,T,P, classes. Workspace is unavailable when occupied by scheduled classes. Schedules are posted outside classroom doors and in the department office if you need to plan ahead.


Staff are available to assist with lab needs and oversee wood shop hours for certified users. The office for A,T,P, labs is 1414. Staff location can be found on the whiteboard outside the door.

Monday-Thursday: 9am-10pm     
Friday:  10am-4pm
Saturday:  11am-6pm
Sunday:  12-6pm


Our lab, equipped with 27" Apple iMac desktop Adobe Creative Suite workstations, digital video editing stations, medium format and large format printer and scanners is located in rooms 1520 and 1530. For more information on A,T,P, facilities, please contact Josh Ippel.


The following production equipment and technical resources are available to our students: darkroom, digital video and still cameras, audio recording equipment, microphones and stands, light kits, large format printing, LCD projectors and video monitors, USB turntable, Whisper Room. Additional AV equipment resources are available in room 1414.


A complete list of equipment available for checkout to students currently enrolled in A,T,P, courses is located here. The checkout cage is located in room 1414 and is open during the following hours:

Our woodshop is equipped with a variety of hand tools, drill presses, belt sander/disc grinder, bandsaw, table saw, planer, and mitre saw. It is located on the ground floor of Kresge Hall in room 1440 and operates within the times posted below. To access the shop, all students and faculty must complete woodshop training. Please contact Josh Ippel to schedule training. A,T,P, faculty or staff must be present when the shop is in use.
